If we mess up (faulty gear or the wrong item), we’ve got you. Email support@fullygood.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll sort it fast, repair, replace, or refund depending on what went down.
Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t hit production, we can refund you in full. Once it’s in production or shipped, refunds only apply to defective or incorrect items.

Shipping
We’re a small crew, not a warehouse army, give us 1–3 business days to pack your order and get it moving.
Once it’s out the door:Australia: 7–12 business days (standard)
International: Usually 7–20 business days, depending on where you’re at.
