Welcome to Fully Good Co. By clicking around here, checking out our gear, or smashing that 'buy' button, you’re agreeing to play by these rules. They’re here to keep things fair and clear, so we can all get on with living life on our own terms. No lawyer talk, just the straight goods.
1. Who We Are: Fully Good Co. ("we," "us," "our") operates this website. When you use this site, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don't dig them, fair enough, but then this place isn't for you.
2. Your Vibe, Your Responsibility:
- You gotta be at least 18, or have a responsible adult giving you the nod.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete info when you order. Don't pull a fast one.
- Don't use our site for anything illegal or unauthorized.
- You’re responsible for any content you post (like reviews or comments). Keep it real, but no hate speech or spam.
3. Our Gear, Our Designs:
- All our designs, logos, text, graphics, and everything else on this site is owned by Fully Good Co. or our partners. Don't go copying, reproducing, or ripping off our stuff without our express written permission. Seriously.
- Sometimes our product images might look slightly different on your screen due to lighting or screen settings. We do our best to keep it real.
4. Orders & Pricing:
- All orders are subject to availability.
- We can refuse any order. No hard feelings, sometimes things just don't line up.
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- We can change prices or discontinue products without notice. Life moves fast.
5. Deliveries & Returns (The Quick Version):
- We aim to get your gear to you as fast as possible. Check our Shipping Policy for the full rundown.
- For returns, check our Returns & Refunds Policy. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply – if something's faulty, we'll sort it.
6. The Stuff We Can't Control (Disclaimer of Warranties):
- We do our best to keep this site running smooth and free of errors, but we can't guarantee it'll be perfect all the time.
- We don't guarantee that the quality of any products, services, info, or other material you bought from us will meet your exact expectations (other than what's legally required for quality and fitness for purpose).
7. Where We Draw the Line (Limitation of Liability):
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fully Good Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
- However, our liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the product in question, where permitted by law, and we always abide by Australian Consumer Law regarding consumer guarantees.

9. The Fine Print (Governing Law): These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
10. Changes: We might update these Terms now and then. We'll post the new version here. Keep an eye out.
