Shipping policy

WE SEND IT. (When You Do Too.)

You've found the gear, now let's get it to you. We believe in getting out there and living it, and that includes getting your Fully Good Co. threads into your hands so you can do just that. Here’s how we make it happen.

1. Order Processing (The Get-Ready Phase):

  • We're not running a massive corporate machine, so give us a little time to get your order packed and ready to roll.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • During peak times (like new drops or holidays), it might take a tad longer, but we'll always do our best to send it fast.

2. Shipping Times (The Actual Journey):

  • Australia Wide:
    • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 7-12 business days once shipped.
    • Express Shipping (Optional if offered): If you're really keen, this generally takes 5-7 business days once shipped.
  • International:
    • We ship to most places, but delivery times vary wildly depending on where you are. Expect anywhere from 7-20 business days.
    • Heads up: Customs delays are out of our hands. They happen.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • We might offer free shipping promotions now and then – keep an eye out for those!

4. Tracking Your Adventure:

  • Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use that to stalk your package's journey right to your door.

5. Customs & Duties (For Our International Crew):

  • If you're outside Australia, your order might be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees by your country's customs department.
  • These charges are your responsibility. We don't control them, and we can't tell you what they'll be. Check with your local customs office before ordering if you're worried.

6. Lost or Damaged Gear (The Bummer Bits):

  • We pack our gear securely, but sometimes the journey is rough. If your order arrives damaged, or goes missing in action, hit us up at support@fullygood.co as soon as you can. Provide your order number and photos if it's damaged.
  • We'll work with the shipping carrier to sort it out and get you sorted.
